Trevallyn Vendor for Josh Hart

Josh and his crew sold my father’s property approximately 8 months ago. Admittedly it wasn’t the easiest property to sell as it had some quirks. Josh was supported by a good team and handled getting the property ready and styled while I was living interstate. Upon reflection while the end sale result was below the initial appraisal, looking back at what the market was like, I think Josh got an excellent result considering the circumstances.
